We will provide customized fee plans based on the complexity of the specific project, the workload and the individual needs of the customer. Fee Guidelines：

1. One-time initial consultation fee: We usually charge a one-time initial consultation fee to discuss the client's needs and project in depth and determine the best solution.

2. Project planning stage fees: During the project planning stage, we will charge a certain percentage of the fee based on the size and complexity of the project to cover the costs of project planning, design and preparation.

3. Implementation stage fees: Once the project enters the implementation stage, we will charge corresponding fees based on the specific services and support provided, generally in the form of monthly fees. This may cover legal compliance consulting, marketing strategy formulation, technical support and development, etc.

4. Success fee: In some cases, we may reach an agreement with the client to charge a success fee based on the successful launch of the project or the achievement of specific goals.

5. Additional fees: For special needs or additional services, additional fees may be incurred, which will be negotiated and determined after discussion with the client.

 

Reference Price:

1. One-time fee for digital feasibility analysis: Starting from S$1,500

2. One-time fee for digital asset issuance plan formulation: Starting from S$3,000

3. Digital asset issuance execution support fee: Monthly fee range: S$1,000 – S$2,000

4. Post-issuance operation and management fee: Fee range: S$500 – S$2,000

 

Fee Guidelines：

1. Holding Fees: The fees for holding services are usually based on the number or value of digital assets held. This may be a percentage of the fee or a fixed fee, payable monthly, and depends on the specific agreement and contract terms.

2. Custody Fees: Custody service fees will be based on the type and number of digital assets. This may be a monthly or annual fee to cover the cost of secure storage and management of digital assets.

3. Management Fees: Management service fees will depend on the scope and complexity of the management provided. This may be a management fee based on the value of the assets or a percentage of the value of the managed portfolio.

4. Transfer Fees: If the service includes transferring or transferring digital assets on behalf of the client, transaction fees may be charged. These fees may be based on the transaction amount or the number of transactions.

5. International Bank/Brokerage/Fund Account Opening Service Fees: We will charge a one-time handling fee for each account, and increase the fee based on the nature of the client and the complexity of the account opening.

6. Success Fees: In some cases, we may charge success fees based on achieving specific goals or successfully managing digital assets.

7. Additional Fees: Additional fees may be incurred for special needs or additional services. These additional fees will be determined in consultation with the client.

1. Digital asset opening and management services:

  • Digital asset account opening fee: from S$1,000
  • Management fee: 5% - 1.5% of asset size / year
  • Transfer fee: 1% of each contract amount
  • Online closed-loop account display service management system platform (SOP) - monthly fee: from S$100 / month

2. Digital asset holding and custody services

  • Holding or custody fee: 8% - 2% of asset value / year

3. International bank / brokerage / fund account opening service

  • Account opening fee: from S$800 / account

1. Basic Training Course Fees: Basic training courses are generally fixed and cover training content for a specific topic or module. Fees may vary depending on the length and depth of the course.

2. Customized Training Fees: If a customer requires a customized training course, the fee may be adjusted based on the specificity of the customer's needs. This form of training usually involves additional costs.

3. Online Training Fees: Online training may be charged based on factors such as course length, access rights, or the number of registered users. Fees may vary depending on additional services such as platform usage fees and technical support.

4. Face-to-face Training Fees: Face-to-face training fees usually include travel expenses, accommodation expenses, and training venue rental fees for trainers. These costs will vary depending on the specific situation.

5. Franchise Training Fees: If a training institution requires a franchise or authorization to provide a specific training course, additional franchise fees may be involved.

 

Reference Price:

1. Open class training

  • 2-3 days of training courses per session
  • Provide paper/electronic courseware and training certificates
  • Cost range: $500 - $3,000 SGD / person

2. Customized training

  • 18-hour training course
  • Tailor-made training programs according to customer needs
  • Offline centralized training or online live training can be arranged
  • Content covers digital assets and digital economy-related topics specified by customers
  • Provide targeted case analysis and practical exercises
  • Cost range: $6,000 SGD / person (five-day training course)

3. In-house training service

  • Conduct training for internal employees of the company
  • Training content is in line with the actual needs of the company
  • Adopt flexible training modes, such as online live broadcast, recorded broadcast, open classes, etc.
  • Provide exclusive training programs and teaching teams
  • Cost range: $10,000 SGD / session (three-day training course, no more than 10 people per class)
